Initial release · October 18, 2026. Middlesy is a Middle R&D project. This notice describes the current invited workspace service. Public customer chat is enabled separately for each business after setup and review.

The current service

Clerk handles account sign-in and verification. Workspace knowledge, settings, conversations and usage are stored in PlanetScale Postgres. Questions and relevant business context are sent to xAI to generate AI replies. Cloudflare provides hosting and connection infrastructure. Middlesy does not store your sign-in password in its application database.

Business information

Each business workspace holds its own approved knowledge. The first prepared knowledge pack uses public-facing details from the client’s website source. No customer export or private appointment data was imported.

Conversation records and contact

A customer installation may process chat messages and contact details provided for an agreed follow-up. No automatic conversation expiry is configured in this initial release. Workspace access is limited by business membership. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or health records to the assistant. Contact us about access, correction, deletion or retention requirements before enabling customer use.
