Initial release · October 18, 2026. Middlesy is a Middle R&D project for invited businesses. These service setup notes describe the initial release; customer subscription agreements and commercial terms are handled separately before paid onboarding.
What the service provides
Middlesy provides business knowledge workspaces, verified account sign-in and an AI assistant. AI replies use the information configured for the relevant business. Public website chat requires a separate installation. Email delivery, calendar actions and other external integrations are available only after their own connection and testing.
Appointments stay with the business
A link to a booking page does not create or confirm an appointment. Availability, approval, cancellations, payment and service delivery remain with the business and its booking provider. Follow the business’s own policies and confirmation messages.
Review the information
Business owners should review service details, prices and policies before publishing them or enabling customer chat. The assistant should acknowledge missing information and direct customers to the business rather than invent an answer.
Connections and availability
The service relies on external authentication, hosting, storage and AI providers. A portal account does not automatically install a customer widget or connect a booking platform. Contact norbert@middlernd.com for account, service-scope or commercial questions.
